Easy & Quick Tomato-Basil Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 pita breads (6 inches)
  • 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded Asiago cheese
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

  • Place pita breads on an ungreased baking sheet. Layer with tomatoes, basil and cheese; drizzle with oil. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.
